The in-store customer experience was good. Sales rep was very helpful and accommodating. The delivery was to to satisfaction. They came out in the snow which I appreciated but the movers only covered the first piece they brought in. The other two pieces they brought in with no cover. In my experience getting new furniture, they bring it in covered regardless of weather.

No value for the money. In just over three years I have had my problems with my recliner. The seat had to be replaced in the first six months. I got the fake leather frabric and it is peeling in multiple places all over the chair. A spring has broken and is poking out the back of the chair. Lazy Boy contacted me over a month ago and requested pics. They were sent and absolutely no response from lazy boy. This my second recliner and both wore out prematurely.

We had a great time shopping here, absolutely no pressure and we were immediately helped by a sales woman (who we found out later that she is the manager of the Exton store), she genuinely wanted to help us find a solution that fit both our space and our budget! She went above and beyond searching for us by calling all the other stores in the area to find us a solution without ever pressuring us in any way. She found us a set of beautiful and comfortable Mackenzie chairs that had been special ordered. We also ordered the Laurel chair and a half, which is what we went in to see and was even more comfortable than we thought it would be!

Sales person (Gary G.) really helped us make up our minds, but as soon as we entered the store I saw the very recliner we were going to buy. Sitting in it & reclining was the icing on the cake! Gary patiently addressed all our questions.
