Really awesome toy store with tons of cool stuff. The girls working there were very friendly and helpful. They sanitized my hands and than helped me find everything I was looking for.

i called and asked if a product was in stock and explained to the employee i lived far away and they told me they had so much and to definitely make the trip. got there and it was no where to be found. they said come back in the morning because they definitely wouldn’t hit the floor until nighttime or even morning and said it was impossible for me to purchase one (this was after they had said 30 minutes ago it was in plentiful stock on the phone). found out they put them on the floor less than 20 minutes after i left. so basically drove over an hour and a half in total for absolutely nothing. definitely not going back again

This shop is filled to the brim with awesome choices for kids of any age! The staff is amazing --- so helpful and patient, as well as keeping things super-clean in this age of Covid-19. Yes, the prices will be a tiny bit higher than Amazon, but you get to help a local business keep running, get personalized attention and actually see and touch the products! THEY OFFER TO GIFT WRAP, TOO! Drop in for that last minute party gift and you're good to go! :)

They have been so helpful in giving me recommendations and they have a nice selection of fun toys. Just recently, I saw something in their catalog, and I called them, purchased it over the phone, and picked it up a half-hour later (already gift wrapped) - no need to even go in.

For the past few weeks I have eagerly been awaiting the release of a particular squishmallow and have had a call set in to a store close to my boyfriend in Florida since I don’t live close to a Learning Express. Thursday he called me to tell me they didn’t receive the squish in their shipment and so my hunt began. I called every single store in NY, CT, NJ, and Florida (17 in total) to learn that no one had even received the squishmallow in their shipment due to a mistake at the distribution facility. By call number 18 I had low hopes but was willing to do anything at this point. It may sound silly, but I really had been looking forward to this release for weeks and was a bit sad. When Sara(h) answered the phone Thursday afternoon, she was kind, cordial, and professional. When Sara(h) confirmed that the store had received the squish I was beyond excited! Better yet, Sara(h) shared along in my excitement and eagerly and patiently helped me fill out my order and even offered to ship any of the other squishes she had in stock. Today when I called to confirm that everything had gone through properly, I was greeted by Tim who helped me and laughed alongside me about my quest to find my squishmallow. To the staff at Exton Learning Express, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
