I walked around the whole first floor and I only found one cashier. I waited at least 10 minutes for her to take care of the person ahead of me. They need to have more registers open.

Picked up some cologne for my husband for Christmas. I was waited on by a sweetheart named Steven. His customer service was amazing and greatly appreciated. I had 3 different scents suggested by a friend I grew up with. I wasn't familiar with any of them and I needed to smell all 3. I requested some coffee beans to clear my sense of smell between fragrances, he accommodated that. I chose the one that I thought suited hubby best!
Found the dress I needed for an upcoming wedding. We'll pleased with everything.
Very quiet compared to last year. Macy’s Online shopping is really the best it has ever been as of late. Better selection, deals and easier.

Love Macy's an their sales are great. Ask for Dotty at the make-up, especially the Lancome counter, but she will help you with ANYTHING at an make-up counter.
My visit to Exton mall's Macy's was great. Haven't been there since before the pandemic. The associates were very pleasant and helpful. Will return in the future.
