I was in on February 23rd 2021. I bought with me a list of abnormal labs- ones not typically seen by many who don’t work with a patient with a allergic/. Myeloproliferative disorder. The wonderful phlebotomist team were so helpful. They took thee time to verify each lab and how it needed to be processed and stored. To make things harder I am an incredibly hard person to stick . They got me the second try. There quite a few people who were waiting outside for their turn( many were very rude an repeatedly rang the bell). Every patient is different- and I that they did an outstanding job Thank you Molly

I see some low ratings on here, but I have to say I went today for an ultrasound and an x-ray and from the moment I walked in the door had the gold standard of care. The lady at the first desk was attentive, asked me the questions, took my temp and was very friendly. The blonde lady at the first check in desk was extremely nice and efficient, the lady who actually checked me in was so friendly, great. I had checked in on line so there wasn't much to do but she could not have been nicer. And I can't say enough good about the lady who did my ultra sound and the lady who did my x-ray. Both explained everything they were doing, made sure everything was clean and that I didn't touch anything that wasn't protected. I was really really impressed. I have my blood drawn in their labs here and have always been so happy with those experiences and today was the first time I had x-rays or ultrasounds and I felt safe from Covid-19, I felt that every person treated me extremely well, and I was very happy with every aspect of this experience. Kudos to Exton Mainline for excellent patient care.

Good luck getting through on the phone. Used their scheduling callback feature a week ago and still no call back. Tried again today, and their phone # capture system is broken, repeating the incorrect call back number to you. Then to wait for a live soul takes forever....kept me on hold for over 5 minutes and then they came on with their callback feature this morning at 12 Noon exactly. Then, called back at 2:30 and waited going on now over 10 minutes to get a call picked up. I should say that once you do actually set your appointment that the services there and the providers are wonderful and very professional. It is just very frustrating trying to get through to them. Perhaps they are victims of their own success.

Brought my wife over this morning. While I sat and waited for her. I noticed the woman who checks you at the door never once got up to take temperatures. Merely asked if you had been out of town. She left at 1pm. The next person first thing, wiped everything down and started temp checks. Which one do you think should not have a job. MlHC is a great place.

Decent if you need paperwork of some sort filled out. Other than that, not as good as they could be. Hopefully they get new better doctors in soon. I would go again depending on the complaint.

Long wait times though I guess its to be expected from an urgent care. Certainly quality doctors who I will use again.
