Now, I rate NYC a one TODAY because of the two individuals whom are working. They LACK professionalism & customer service skills. Instead of greeting ALL customers when they enter, they rather talk amongst eachother. Instead of assisting ALL customers, they focused on the one or two of their choice. Quite sad because the manager of this store is approachable, friendly & just amazing. I came in to spend money but decided, nah these two don't deserve it. I will come back another day

Nice selection of discounted business attire. It's an outlet though so if they don't have the size, you're hard fixed to find it online unlike a Normal NYC store.
