Why else would you go to a \faster\ food restaurant than the food? The food is delicious and fresh. The coffee is great! The smoothies are bomb! (That's really good if you're wondering) What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. No matter what time of day I go to this specific Panera, I'm greeted by the the friendliest staff who always have great suggestions when I'm stuck on what to order. Ja'ala (I seriously hope I spelled her name correctly) greets me by name, and remembers my order. That blew me away since I just met her. It shows me that she, along with the other staff genuinely care about the customers. I feel very welcome when I walk into Panera, and it makes me want to keep coming back. Great food. Amazing staff. Quick, efficient service. 5 stars!

Great job! We visit a lot of Panera bread locations around the area, this was the first time I got an employee that was courteous and went to get the manager when I asked for one due to wanting to order for a food allergy concern. The manager swiftly came out with a smile and gladly helped me with my order and truly listened to my concerns about cross contamination. My daughter got a perfect salad with no cheese and enjoyed her meal all because we had competent employees doing what they wee supposed to do, instead of mouthing off to the customer and acting like they knew it all. So many times we run into those type of rude employees and mangers that are over confident about knowing about food allergies when they don't and then mistakes happen. THIS was a pleasure right down to how fast & efficient they were! Great job!

It was ok, my cashier Taylor was curt and to the point. I honestly felt like I was bothering her. She was short with me that I didn't order all I planned on ordering. I was taken aback by her abruptness. Furthermore, I asked for my bagel to be sliced and it was only cut into at the top. Had to cut it myself at home. How hard is it take make sure a bagel is cut in half.
