Every single time clothes are dropped off, they are looking for other types of things. Literally did an experiment once where we dropped off clothes and they said they’re looking for other types of things so we went back home and got those other types of things...and then magically they didn’t need those anymore. I’ve given up here. It’s a total scam. We bring in today literally 2 things that were brand new, name brand. And of course...they don’t need it. Joke. Update from owners response: I have taken you up on your suggestion last time, and it did nothing. Same issues. Like I’ve said, I’ve experimented with even bringing in things specifically with what you guys wanted...came in with those things and your associate then said they need the opposite things. It’s a joke.

Organized and lots of options for women. Not so much for men. Staff is friendly. Store is about 500 Sq feet too small, and the line for the registers is very confusing and leads to some issues with other customers.

Plato’s Closet is amazing, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are also very helpful. It’s a great environment as well. The prices are super affordable too, great prices! I love that they buy your clothes. One time they forgot to give me a leftover bag from when I sold with them and they gave me a coupon for the next time I visit. I love this place!

This place is a joke. I have taken many new things to them, perfect condition and they decline. But they have things on their racks completely worn out with holes and over priced on top of it. I am done supporting this place.

I bring 4 bags of clothes , shoes and handbags and they just take 2 things only for 7 it’s not worth the driving time and carry stuff don’t believe them I will never do that again and not recommend to anyone...

super cute clothes and so well priced!! always has the newest trends and only puts out the best items! plenty of sizes for both clothes and shoes for all seasons and styles. also when you sell to them they are very nice and make the process so easy! they explain everything and why they took or didn’t take an item and let you decide if you want to sell it for what they are giving you or not. and while you’re there you can go to all the great stores around there and shop some more resale shops. def recommend shopping there
