Have had several annoying experiences with premier. They have messed up my schedule a few times, with the token phrase “I’m sorry, can we reschedule”. Like I have much of a choice and they have already kept me waiting over a week for my MRI results. Not only did I have to take off work early, but they didn’t give me any valid excuse as to why they quite literally screwed me over. That being said the physical therapy is a great group of people. The Orthopaedics section however sucks.

Office has not issued a refund for over 800 for surgery that occurred over a year ago despite repeated phone calls to resolve this matter. Overall frustrating experience that overshadows the good care received.

Ortho doctors at premier Orthopaedics are really Gud. They listen to the patients problems very patiently and act accordingly. I would like to thank Dr. Odgers who has treated my husband for his meniscus tear in the knee. I would like to thank Dr. Eric Zabat for treating my L3 and L4 problem . Special thanks to Dr.Zabat for guiding me to see a gynaec as my MRI showed a cyst on the ovary. I would like to thank Dr. Chilberti for treating my daughter. Last but not least , the front desk ladies who take special care of their patients. Thanks Stephany for helping me get a quick appointment at malvern. In this covid condition, everyone at the Centre, physio therapy are doing a great job taking care of the patients. Thank u all..
