If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst medical experience I ever had. After checking the website and asking my doctor if they accepted walk ins, I went in as a walk in. The woman that attended me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. She wasn't even wearing a mask when I got there and only put one on later. She kept telling me I was \messing everything up for everyone here\ by simply being a walk in. Not sure how I was supposed to know that I shouldn't have come when I made sure it was an option. After multiple rude gestures, she proceeded to do my blood work very aggressively by slamming the plate down in front of me and handling the blood tubes by throwing them onto the plate with no care at all. It made me think my blood work would not even reach back to my doctor's office. Then, she didn't even tell me we were done. She simply was about to spray the chair with lysol with me still in it. I don't understand how someone like that could be working in the health care industry.

Fast, but extremely rude. My wife brought paperwork just in case they needed it and they talked down to her like she made the biggest mistake ever. Truly unprofessional!

Went there for a company screening including bloodwork. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Staff is very professional and very proficient. Hope if I ever need to be tested again my company sends me there.

I went in there yesterday at 2:15, I was very rudely told by Vicky that they closed at 2:30. I said that I wasn't aware that they were closing. She again in a very rude way said that there's a sign right out front that explains that. Just because a place closes at 2:30 doesn't mean that they stop allowing customers to come in before hand. She went back to her customer and complained to her about me coming in. As if I was in the wrong for coming into a business that was open. When all was said and done, my blood was drawn and I was out the door before the place was even supposed to be closed for the day. This lady has no business being in the field she is in. It's hard to believe they would hire a person this rude and unrefined. How someone could make such an easy job look so hard is beyond me.
