I enjoyed my experience at Raymond & Flanagan Outlet. Charles welcomed me as soon as I entered the store. He was able to calmly answer my questions and point me in the right direction. I appreciated that he was able to give me space to look around, make an informed decision, measure the items, and consult with my spouse. I enjoyed that he complimented me on my color matching technique (I used a mini bin) to make sure the item was perfect. He carefully explained how ordering and delivery worked. He also escorted me to the check out and made sure I knew to contact him if I needed further questions or help. Finally, he explained the next steps in the process for delivery. Overall, I was impressed with this location, the friendliness of staff, and I would be happy to shop there again.

I needed to purchase a lift chair for my mother. Met a wonderful sales person upon entering the store, demonstrated the chairs and was able to purchase a chair that fit her small frame. Best part, delivery was scheduled with 48 hours and even delivered on a Sunday by a respectful, courteous and knowledgeable delivery service.

We browsed at multiple furniture stores. The Raymour Outlet in Exton had a great selection and the best fit for our need/want. Our salesman (Steve McEwan) was absolutely the best! He’s very attentive, not pushy at all and just an overall fun guy. He made the process very easy and pleasant for us. I would recommend anyone going in ask for him!

The prices are okay. Some items that are really good, some they are ridiculously high. The same wall hanging there will be 130 and on amazon for 25. On the other side, you can get nice couches for below 350 which is a lot cheaper than other places. You just don’t have the huge selection of other stores because this is all last chance items. Don’t expect clearance deals but you can expect good prices on items that should last if you take care of them.

Melissa was wonderful, she was no pressure, answered all questions and extremely helpful. When I did go back to secure a purchase, she ran down everything I needed to know and my sofa would be in stock in about a month. I was extremely surprised that she called me later that day to inform me that my sofa was in stock and I could set a delivery date. So happy i cancelled my Bob's Furniture order that turned into a 3.5 month wait for a sofa.
