Love Rita’s but shutting off the custard machine before closing is very disappointing. We drove out of our way to go to the only Rita’s in the area open during winter and we probably won’t try to go back.

We prefer going to this location over the other in Downingtown- we are halfway between either location. The teenagers who work here are quite friendly and pleasant. I only wish there were more sugar free options- sometimes there's none at all. We like taking the kids here for a treat. The parking is ok if you don't go on an event night. Otherwise, it's hard to find parking.
