Great food preparation. The host and hostess greeted me right away and diligently prepared my meal. They substituted the cheese as I requested.. the honey roll is good too

A good salad works location. It is busy at lunch time but they're are pretty efficient with the line. Always fresh and satisfying.
Food is always good but they need to get a better quality plastic utensils. The fork is a joke.
THE BEST!!! I've eaten at many Saladworks restaurants, since they came to the area many years ago. This is by far the best Saladworks location I've been to. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff, super clean & their Tuesday salad special can't be beat!! Right now, there are many dining restrictions & this Saladworks definitely does everything to comply. Plastic shields between customers & employees, masks, rubber gloves, social distancing & all the things to keep their customers & employees safe. I recently realized that one of the people behind the counter was someone who made my salads for lunch 15 years ago at another location! Robin is now one of the owners of this location. I also found out that one of the employees who knows my specialized salad order by heart, is her daughter, Jess. If you want a delicious, fresh salad & a great experience with Robin & her team, visit Saladworks at Main Street at Exton. Love this place!!!

Love this place. Good variety and friendly staff. Little expensive, that's why I gave 4 stars.
Pretty good quality salad, what is usually bewildering is how a soup and salad can run 18 and burger with fries next door runs 12. Both are acceptable once or twice a week but not much more sustainable than that. Feeling healthy is good but also feeling full and not draining the wallet.
They forgot to put pasta on my salad, and when I called to tell them they said they would give me a side of pasta tomorrow. Why would I want that? Especially since I wanted it on my salad to begin with, not on the side by itself
