Sad...is the only way to describe this Sears store. Used to be one of my go too dept stores....but now you can't even find a sales person anywhere. Only ONE register open in the whole store - if you know where to find it! The merchandise is still good, but the service is non existent.

I like this Sears store. I’m not sure what everyone is expecting coming in here but I know that I come here often and I like doing so. I’ve known several sales people for many years now and enjoy my shopping trips to sears
Nicely stocked department store with great selection of Craftsman tools. Plenty of outdoor items now including a variety of patio/deck furniture sets. Good sale going on for Kenmore Elite kitchen appliances. Good selection of Lands End clothing especially for women.
On Black Friday Sears had only one cashier on the bottom floor working. And that only cashier was in the jewelry department. The other cashier could only ring up lands end clothing brand. She had no customers and just watched and reject people at her station while the other cashier had a long of over 10 people consistently.
Great deal! Four, 24 month old outfits for under 10.00! Can't beat that! Great quality as well.

worst customer care. the employees have not been trained properly. no wonder sears is closing shutters everywhere. merchandise pickup people aren't aware of the orders being delivered for pickup
