I can’t say enough positive words about my shopping experience at Staples of Exton. I needed to purchase a new printer and had my sights set on an Eco printer, but had many questions about specific brands and features of the many offered. John greeted me within minutes and was a subject expert and well versed in answering my questions and helping me to choose which one to buy. I am thrilled with my purchase. In today’s world, the level of customer service excellence I received as a consumer was refreshing. Thank You!

I bought a laptop from this staples on black Friday in 2015. The laptop by Toshiba was great, and I am using to write this review. Everyday I use it, reminds me to never shop at Staples as I was supposed to receive a 50 mail in rebate for this laptop, but it never came of course. When I followed up, they simply told me it was mailed and I should receive it soon. This wasn't the only thing. I had bought a Samsung phone here with warranty(extra money) and was told it came with free replacement. When I went to use the warranty one day, it was 100 deductible. The warranty was at least 100. The phone was then worth 150 new because it was an older model by then. Staples, my dad was right to never trust you. I should have listened.

Store needs better choice of computers, only three choices of tablets. Many products with no price tags. No reason for me to return
