Anne & Hannah are the best..... I called the store to see if they still had an item that I saw the previous day while I was on the phone they couldn’t locate it but that didn’t stop these girl....they located the item I was searching for and then emailed me a picture of it to make sure they had the right item....Style Encore because of the great customer service I received you have gained a customer for life..,,,Thanks again ladies

When I arrive I was read if I’m a sales associate and she told me she go through my bags and would pay me 70 to 90% of the items retail value. The young girls were very friendly however when they completed going through my items they called me up and offered me an average of 2 to 3 dollars an item. 40% of the items were brand new with tags still on them and the tags reflect at 168 and they were offering me 2.95 for those items. They were very nice but it’s easier to donate to a charity.

I bring 5 bags to them all nice stuff and handbags and they don’t take anything for 1 even last time to think to bring anything to them I will put in trash so easier than carry it and spend time for nothing

I went in to look at the items that I have seen on their IG page and the young girl with the ombré hair provided the worst customer service experience. If you would like to shop I would recommend asking someone else.

This is the best store in the area! The owner is incredibly professional and hands on and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have great merchandise and fair prices. I've gotten some of my favorite clothes and shoes there - and I am very picky! It's also super convenient that Plato's is right next door.
