So was in this store couple days ago and talked with brand new store manager who has only been there couple weeks working alone. She was very nice and looked up things I was looking for. I understand new and glad I took a moment to talk with her.

This used to be one of my favorite supplement shops, small business feel w great customer service. Unfortunately, it's gone way down hill. I was in a couple times over the past month, both times \helped\ by an older lady who I assume is the manager. She could not have been more disinterested in helping me or the other customers. She acted like it was such an inconvenience that I asked a question. She couldn't even tell me what was new about a pre work out she had at her registerer. Really?? You work at a supplement shop! Not to mention the store is only open 12 to 6 now. Would definitely not recommend, unfortunately. You're better off shopping online. Sad.

First time shopper here. Excellent selection and stock. I was able to easily find what I needed, but still took my time and was fairly astounded at the range of products available. Things that other popular nutrition \centers\ haven't had in stock for weeks were right there on the shelf, no ordering, waiting, or trying to sell me into something else. I'll conclude by saying the two gentlemen staffing the store when I was in were helpful and attentive without being constantly breathing down my neck and pushing for the hard sell. I don't think I'll be visiting that other popular nutrition franchise any longer.

Been shopping here for awhile. Great selection and clean store. Prices are decent. Staff couldn't be more friendly and are really knowledgeable. Won't shop anywhere else.
