I'm very content with this office. I've grown pretty fond of Dr Keah, I've had a negative output on her before but after my visit today we were able to clear the air and it really came down to lack of communication.

Brandywine family practice of Exton, the staff is rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone to make appointments here. There is no professionalism what so ever here, very inconsiderate. If I could give no stars I certainly would. The secretary was completely rude and hung up on me, and constantly cut me off. My son was in NIICU for 3 1/2 months at CHOP during this period that I scheduled and soon passed away from N.EC, low blood sugar and pressure and high bilirubin levels. His blood was also not clotting. As I tried to explain my situation to her she had no sympathy or human compassion. It breaks my heart there are greedy and inconsiderate people out there still.
