I have been coming to this practice for over 35 years. Apparently loyalty means nothing. I need a physical to get a job. I was told I need to schedule them a year in advance. I again explained my situation. I was told she would text the Drs to see if one would fit me in. Never heard back. I call 2 more times. Oddly enough my neighbor got a letter stating she was due for her yearly physical and to call for an appointment. She got one the next day. I called again and was told she would get right back to me. Nothing. So I had to make an appointment at a walk in, who of course does not take insurance. Thank you for nothing.

Depending on what nurse you have, coming to see the Doctor can be stress free, or can land you feeling anxious, when they don't get their own way. Not always patient centred on what the patient feels comfortable with. If you do object to anything on the nurses routine or tick box health questionnaire, be prepared to get some bad attiude! Reception is mostly friendly and helpful and the Doctor's are kind and respectful.
I am a long standing patient. I have always been treated with respect and my needs are met in a very timely fashion. I have the utmost trust in all the doctors at this location. I might add, I have never had difficulty getting an appointment. I highly recommend this practice.
This medical practice is full of very caring physicians and staff! From being greated with a caring smile and concern, there is always a 'what can I do to help you attitude' and attention to the patient right in front of them, as well as those on the phone... All three of the physicians at this location are top notch and prepared and ready to treat me whether it's a checkup or something more urgent or to find the answer that I need at that time...I have always received excellent, compassionate care at Village Family Medicine at Lionville.
