My 20 year old wedding album was destroyed by water in the basement. I had the original negatives, but they were not in the best shape. I brought them to Steve and Travis and they literally created a miracle. They scanned the negatives, digitally, and designed the album beautifully. It truly looks even better than the original because they cropped and centered the photos with more care and consideration than our original photographer did. Thank you Steve and Travis for your attention to detail, professionalism and expertise. We truly love our ew\ album!
I ordered a graduation plaque for someone who had mail problems. The plaque never reached him, but Travis at Visual Technology was very helpful and sent another one directly to me, no extra cost to me. Also, it was nice we did not have to pay for shipping. Great company!
Visual Technology is a extrtemly customer oriented and accommodating. I had quite a few pieces of art photographed and not only did the work come out great they had a wonderful turn around as they knew about my time restraints. I am looking forward to working with them again.
Had a rush photo project for a large international e-commerce client. Had never worked with Visual Technology and was anxious about how it would go.
