1st visit to this Extra Innings and I could not be happier. They were not fully operational as of this review (8/01/12) but they had enough for my grandson and I to have a great time. The parking is easy and the staff was very helpful especially Brian. We will surely go back!

I called up this past Saturday to find out their hours for the day and directions. The guy on the phone told me the hours and then proceeded to give the wrong directions. When we got there, the employee told me that my friend and I couldn't use the batting cages because a birthday party was coming. When I asked the guy why they didn't tell me that on the phone he started to give me an attitude. He said "it wasn't his fault." I was going to buy a bat there and I told him that he just lost a sale. He said "I don't care, the money doesn't go to me." I would never return, the employee Brad was extemely rude.
