If 0 stars were a thing I'd give it. Walked in without a welcome as the guy behind the desk hides. Ask us what we want to hit, we tell him, then says well that isn't working. Didn't give a run-down, said only one cage worked (which it didn't), and was not willing to come help us. He was on the phone the entire time we were there and rude; extremely poor customer service! It was dark, hot, and dead silent inside. We work in the MLB, and my fianće and I are so unimpressed with this business. Absolutely terrible experience and we didn't even get to hit a ball. Won't be back and are very disappointed.
