Danny was excellent. Danny answered all my questions regarding heating, WIFI, food (eat on bus) and he was very patient and explained the entire process to us. My fiancé & I found them less than 2 weeks before my stepsons birthday and they came alll the way through. The bus pulled up parked and the attendant address our needs immediately. The bus was comfortable & clean, the boys & girls was excited. So many games to play and choices that all that was left to do was cut the cake! Minus lateness due to the bad weather, they pulled up the the bus attendant was on point. Danny was sorry for the lateness even offered us extra time to compensate! what a great way exhibit customer service. Will recommend and use them again. what a blast for 11-15 year old gamers!

I Booked this bus over the weekend for my daughter party I appreciate they was able to take us last minute.The reason why I’m rating them 1 star I was not informed that the bus didn’t come with WiFi and for me renting the bus for 2 hours its was extremely cold the children didn’t want to stay.When I called to complain the guy on the phone sounded like he didn’t care.Now All children are sick due to this Inconsiderate game bus..I don’t recommend this bus services.

Incredible Experience! Last week i visit this place with my daughter and her friends. I saw all of them enjoying and playing and laughing together. Kids did not want to get out of this amazing place.
I just want to say you guys are awesome. !!! My son and his friends enjoyed to the max, I had to take an extra hour time because they were having such a great time and didn't want to get out of the truck.. Mom and friends also had fun outside with the dance videos.:-). I highly recommend. The 2 young men that came was very helpful with setting up the kids and helping out with the little ones who didn't know what to do.. My son wants you guys again for his next birthday so see y'all soon.
