I visited this location for the first time, and it went very smoothly. The optometrist is very kind and attentive. She has my come back to ensure that my prescription was right for me. This place is great.

I have been their client for the last 3 years and Dr Karena has always gone above and beyond to take care of my eyes, personally. Even during the Covid situation she accommodated me and I just loved the way they prepped the clinic with masks and anti bacterial wipes and cleanliness. They wiped all chairs and seats and door handles and also the equipments after each use. All the staff members always has their masks on and maintained the best hygiene for their facilities. I am due in summer for my checkup and I can’t wait to be back. Thank you once again Dr Karena.

I love the doctor she's very sweet takes her time ..... her dad and aunt have horrible customer service very rude and quick to brush you off .... I love love love love Martha she very patient and helpful doesn't rush you to pick a frame and is very knowledgeable .... Max can be very short somewhat rude at times ..... I hate how cheap they are I have private insurance and I always buy a second or third pair out of pocket not only for me but for my son I don't understand why it's too much to ask to get a hard case and cleaning cloth for each of my glasses that I just purchased they make faces and come up with excuses and questions for why you need a case and cloth per glasses that you purchased .... Saturday I picked up two new pair of glasses (I had purchased two earlier in the year for myself and my son) I asked Max for cleaning cloth and hard case for both he couldn't find a valid reason to give me one and then assumed that I was on Medicare (so if I'm on Medicare I don't deserve a hard case) because my private insurance starts with Superior so then that would have been a reason for me not to get a hard case and a cleaning cloth he also didn't know that I had a second pair of glasses he'd only call me for one and had to hunt down the other pair

The lady that does the exams are nice. But the people at the front aren’t very nice. They hardly speak to you when you walk in, and when they do they speak with attitude.
