The treatment from the first phone call, to the actual appointment and then picking out glasses was truly outstanding. You can tell that everyone works as a team and it really feels like a family experience.

We called them in January 2020 to book appts for my husband and me, our appt was for June 11, 2020, a couple weeks before our appt. They called and asked us if they can cancel our appt and rebook, we said okay, here we're sitting waiting for them to call, finally got fed up with waiting so I called them today June 24 to see when will they book us for, and all of a sudden Dana the person I spoke with, said that because of covid-19 they're not taking new patients, so I asked why didnt you tell us when you cancelled our appt that you're not taking new patients, no answer to that. They have no decency at all. THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE LOUSY Waited 6 whole months for our appt., they have no we don't like people giving us the run around we're in our late 60's and 70's and if we had known ftom the start they're going to do this to us, we would have booked with someone else
