I ordered contacts on November 23. They took the money from my account and as of December 23 I still have not received them. I have called multiple times, I have emailed. I have been promised returned calls but have never received a phone call back with an explanation. Now I am without contacts and out 220. NOT HAPPY.

I don't recommend this place! They ripped me off sold me Medicaid frames for 60! They were the Medicaid Modern Slick frames I should never have been charged at all! I will see if I can get a refund still got the old receipt
I recently went to Eye Guys for my annual eye exam. I just moved here from Anchorage and found them on the net. I have to say....they did a really great job. While waiting on my new glasses, my old pair broke and I couldn't see a thing. The Office Manager Sherry went above and beyond by meeting me at the office on a Saturday when they were closed to let me retrieve my new pair. Wow...you don't see that kind of customer service that often! Very happy with Eye Guys!
Was waited on by Oliver. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. In and out quickly. Was very happy with Choices and can't wait to get new glasses.
