*Thorough* sanitation policy, they cut NO corners here. I absolutely respect and appreciated that because this pandemic is serious and too many *other places* are not keeping up with cleanliness at this most urgent time. From the eye doctor to the receptionists - upmost manners, friendliness, and even a sense of humor! I am so glad I chose this facility (and honestly I was limited with my state insurance!). My glasses came in too quick actually! Every other place had me waiting a week or more just TO SEE and to my relief when they called me that it was already ready because my vision is beyond blurry. (And yes, they had cute af glasses to choose from that was actually covered which was shocking too!)\u200d️

I recommend tthis new clean eye care center to all. The staff is so helpful and greet you with a positive friendly attitude.. I was checked in and seen not more than 10 minutes of waiting on the optometrist. She was so friendly and made me feel at home. She is efficient, helpful, friendly and good at her job. This place is amazing and has a great selection of glasses of all insurance carriers They make sure your glasses will be a perfect fit for you. They want you to look great. They show you the glasses within your insurance allowance. They want what is best for the patient. There not there to pull you in. I have a perfect fitting frame without costing me money. I love the frame and cant wait for my glasses to arrive . Everyone here is super helpful! It seems they work well together and get things done. Eye Life hired the best of staff. On top of impressing me with the brand new building there in. It's super clean and they wipe all machines before putting you on any. This place is higher then 5 stars. The experience is one like no other. A office that has that feel of home. That atmosphere there is one that brightens the day. Change nothing and keep up the great work. Your all the best.

I have been trying to find a new eye doctor for a while and had a great first experience today with Dr. Sheen, Bridgette and the rest of the staff that took care of me! Dr. Sheen was very thorough throughout my exam and post treatments for me. I have not had an eye doctor actually explain what was going on with my eyes as thorough as she did! Bridgette helped me pick out glasses (and sunglasses) and was professional the entire time while still being honest. She was patient with me and actually listened to what I was looking for. It is so hard to find good customer service these days but I will say, this team is great! Thank you all again. I will be recommending you to everyone I know. :)

Dr. Sui was incredible! All the staff was wonderful! Bridget helped me pick out glasses that I love, they had a great selection. Dr. Sheen explained everything and was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. I am so glad I went here and finally found a great eye doctor! 10 stars!

10/10 recommend! The staff is super sweet and helpful and Dr. Julie Sheen is honestly the best doctor I've ever had - hands down! I was days away from losing my insurance and was calling everywhere to book an appointment because I desperately needed to stock up on contact lenses before it was too late. Without any hassle I was able to be seen same day. Dr. Sheen is very kind, patient and informative. She walks you through everything she's doing and explains why - she even reviews any test results with you and anything you should be mindful of. The facility is beautifully designed and spotless! I've been a loyal patient for 3 years now and I travel from NYC for my appointments. Thats how great this place is!
