The ordered Product did not arrive in the specified time (2-5 days), so they were no longer required, and a refund was requested within a day of the receipt of the goods as in my right as a consumer. (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) For the sake of 40 i'm not going to waste my time further, as lets face it, they're not going to refund and i'm not going to take them to court over it. However I would suggest you purchase the same bog standard wristbands on Amazon (see image below, it's just paper nothing fancy.) Same product (fraction of the price) and receiving a refund won't be an issue should you also have a problem like I did. No brainer.
