The Doctor and Staff are very pleasant. I am confident in their experience. The process is quick and painless. I love being able to see, However, I am experiencing floaters in one eye...yikes. I'm told it's normal with aging (65). When my first eye was done (cataract removal with added lens), after about a month of healing and being able to see perfectly, I went out one cold night without my eye protection gargles on. When I returned home, the floaters appeared immediately. It was alarming. I did not expect that. I called the 24/7 hotline and was invited in first thing the next morning for an exam. The exam results were good and there was no damage to the eye. After another month the floaters are not quite as prominent and I hope they will soon settle. I would do it all again, but I would be sure to wear eye protection at night, too.

I have heard that the doctors at this practice are... satisfactory. However, they bumped my mother's appointment twice, citing a conflict in the doctor's schedule. I called to try to switch to a doctor that had more availability. I have called 6 times, reception forwarded me to appointments everytime. Each time I was hung up on before having the opportunity to speak. I was able to get appointments twice, they forwarded me to injection scheduling. One time I actually heard someone pickup and then disconnect the line. Both appointments and injection scheduling appear to be having issues operating phones.. I left a message with reception, who were all consummate professionals, no one called back. This happened over several hours throughout the day, reception was not aware of any technical issues with the group's phone system. At this point, I feel like we should switch to a group that can keep appointments and afford personnel who can answer phones instead of habitually disconnecting families who are desperately trying to get treatment for aging parents with failing vision.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone .I had the worst experience here.There is no leadership to correct things.I went for an evaluation and then they scheduled a surgery for me.Before the surgery I wanted my medical records to get a second opinion from another doctor and the facility was below standard when it came to responding on time.I called them every single day only to be transferred to different departments.Left voicemails .No calls were returned.Only after 10 days after making a big hue and cry about it did someone reach out to me.The facility doesn’t care for its patients .They are only out there to make money .That’s it.On the day of my eye evaluation,they did not even tell me before dilating my eyes that this may cause some blurred vision.After I felt uncomfortable with my vision did they tell me it will take 4-6 hours for the vision to be back to normal.I had to delay going to work that day because I couldn’t see clearly.It’s disgusting and a very unprofessional place.When I noticed ,just to get my records I had to run after them for 10 days ,I knew I was not getting my surgery done there.I cancelled my surgery with them.After surgery ,if there is a some issue ,the facility won’t respond in time .They don’t care .Please place your health care in the hands of a different one. When you call the facility ,you will know for yourself how promptly and professionally are calls handled and responded to.They don’t have a manager ,I guess.Everyone is doing their own thing and you certainly don’t want your vision to be compromised on due to their unprofessional attitude.THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE. They only want your money.Stay away
