Superior doctors and entire staff! Everyone is professional, friendly and explains everything, step by step, what is being done in each exam and what to expect. The surgeons explained the results of the exams as well as the proper procedures needed to correct your vision. The week before my surgery, received a call telling me that the doctor had reviewed my chart and found that he needed to do a additional procedure during my scheduled surgery and what it was and why, informed me of additional medication I would be ordered to use prior to surgery and that it was approved to be covered by insurance. It made me very pleased to know the doctor had reviewed my chart, letting me know that the care was what was going to give me the best results. Not many doctors are known to review prior to surgery to see if additional procedures are needed - I have been a RN for 45 years and know this well. The staff in the surgical area are superior as well very pleasant, explaining step by step what is to be done, reviewing the procedure to be done, how long it should take and how long it takes from being to end. All appointments were on exact time, surgery time and discharge times were very prompt. Superior care from the moment of registration through the end. On a scale of 1 to 5 - give them a 10! My vision is fantastic now and I am totally amazed.
