Simply amazing! She is very talented in her work and a true expert. Even though there were several people, the time she spent on me made me feel as though she truly cares and is focused- not rushing through the process at all. I also appreciate that she pauses to stop and have you look, so you can ensure the shape is accurate to your expectations. Will continue to go here and recommend to friends!

There is one lady working the entire place. She does a nice job- but takes way too much time talking. She spends at least a half hour with each person and appointments don’t seem to work for them. I would suggest getting more staff to help. A large volume of people seem to come here- the business should be ran more efficiently.

I left a review a year ago but I want to follow up. Nishma has been the only one to touch my eyebrows since I moved to Minnesota, I have always visited her in the Bloomington location she is phenomenal at what she does.
