Beautiful little hamlet nestling under the cliffs at the end of the road south of Burnmouth Harbour. Picnic tables aplenty. And the sea lapping at the shore. But I'm almost loathe to share this review, as its best feature is its unspoilt nature. So if you do visit, please try and keep it so... Remove all litter etc. And respect those who live there, as it's a tiny place with limited access and parking etc.

Very pretty, coastal path steep climb
Great place to stay shame the over provided street lights stay on all night
Spent a lovely week in Cowdrait. Ideal spot for peace and quiet. Close enough for trips to Edinburgh to north Lindisfarne to the south. Folk were very welcoming.
Nice walk along to end of the road. Well kept nicely painted houses
Nearly walked passed this place its hidden from path above.... follow coastal path down to find this cute village
Nice location for quiet holiday, with friendly helpful locals.
Quiet and secluded. Has a very steep road to get to it but passable with caution .
