Eat, Sleep, Ride is a social enterprise supporting people experiencing physical, mental and social challenges. We are a unique and diverse riding school located on the beautiful Berwickshire Coast. We tailor our services to each individual, steering away from generic programming as we believe that one course doesn’t fit all, it’s a small section within a bigger picture. At Eat Sleep Ride we utilise the horses for therapy and as a means of communication. Essential life skills are learnt, including those to help with self-esteem/self-worth, skills that enable our clients to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. The chance to be part of something, to belong and to have people in place on each user’s journey to self-fulfilment. This is really the key due to the nature of the conditions, impairments and disabilities we work with. People want to be heard and listened to. We work closely with other organisations and professionals so that we can really find the key to unpeeling each client’s layers so to speak. We provide life coaching, employability services and a safe place to learn and promote positive change. Our services include Horse Breaking, Hacks, Lessons, Walks, Pony Parties & Exam Training
