We have come up from London on a break to Northumberland and a family member has recommended this place over the last few years when they are travelling in Scotland so we decided to have a little road trip up wile we are in the north, it was worth the drive lovely fresh cooked food fresh fish we normally have Cod but you can only get Haddock here but it’s the best we have tasted the batter was crispy and the chips were hot and like proper chip shop chips, very COVID safe all measures in place and friendly staff (Maggie) free parking close by, we sat in the restaurant at the back of the building, nice cakes to follow if you still have room highly recommended

Passing through Eyemouth and stopped on a whim for something to eat and came here. Definitely some of the nicest chips and curry I've had in a while, none of the chips were soggy and the curry was fruity with a good kick of spice. Good sized portions at a decent price, will make a point to drop here again should I end up nearby

Lovely evening meal here last night. Two fish and chips for The Mrs and me. One child went with chicken nuggets and the other for the children’s fish and chip option. The haddock was lovely and sweet (no Cod here) and we all enjoyed our meals. The service was lovely. The children’s meals included a fruit shoot and an ice cream. The Mrs got some lemon meringue pie to take home and said it was fab too. Definitely one to try and if you can get a table beside the window to get the views.

Batter was good and crispy but greasey and chips were okay but nothing special and not hot. We've had better. We had take out to eat in. There is indoor seating ad a seaside patio as well as a seaside restaurant. Walk along the harbour front is nice (concrete seawall).

Just been to the chippy for two bags of chips and 2 500ml bottles of juice 11.40 was shocking. The chips was so greasy the juice was warm . Award winning chip shop I don't think so. Will definitely not be back there. If I could give it no stars I would. The seagulls are well fed the night in Eyemouth .
