We took a walk from the harbour up to the lighthouse and back. All in it was nearly two hours (with children) to do the three mile round trip. There are some exposed sections close to the cliff edge so take care. The views are stunning, even on a miserable day!

Nice and peaceful great views
It’s good to say for everyone lighthouse is somebody’s private property, there is no option to reach it. Yet, the place around is rly nice, there are beautiful cliffs, it’s worth to visit

Wonderful coastal walk
Lovely walk and views. Take binoculars to watch the birds on the cliffs.
The walk from St. Abbs is energetic along steep footpaths and not for the faint hearted ! Comfortable walking shoes are a must. However the cliff side views are dramatic and the view from the lighthouse is stunning. There is an interesting historic information board beside the lighthouse.
Haar made it beautifully atmospheric.
