I've been wearing glasses for 20 years, contacts for 13, and this was probably the best experience I've ever had. I went in for an eye exam and to update my contact lens prescription. Arnold, the optometrist, was very easy to talk to, seems very knowledgeable/experienced, and was eager to help when I explained some of the issues I had with my last contact lenses. On my way out, I decided to get new glasses too. I didn't get the owner's name, but she was so helpful and SO nice. I told her (in very general terms) styles I liked vs. styles I didn't like, and she expertly picked out around ten frames that matched my description. She was very patient, didn't rush me, offered her opinion in a gentle and friendly way, and made me feel very welcome. She even walked me through the cost breakdown and explained what my insurance would cover. The frames are a little more expensive than I initially expected, but the selection is beautiful and so much better than at your typical Lenscrafters or other chains. I'm very pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend Eyephoria!

The customer service here is out of this world. Leonor is an absolute sweetheart. When I was picking new frames she sat with me tirelessly for probably close to 35 minutes while I tried on a couple dozen frames. At the end I still wasn't 100% sure about the pair I chose and she let me taken them home for a couple of days to ask some friends what they thought! In the end the pair that she suggested I NEVER would have chosen for myself but they are the best frames I've ever had. She always remembers me and asks how my family is doing whenever I call and makes you feel very valued. I love it here!

I have been buying my eyewear at Eyephoria for a few years. I have a very high prescription and what I love most about Eyephoria is that they find me the thinnest and lightest weight lenses available. I have referred many friends and family to Eyephoria and everyone is always so grateful, just as I was when a coworker referred me. Customer service is great.
