Both times I have been into this store, the service has been most unwelcoming and bordering on rude. I want to support independent businesses and am happy to pay the extra to do so, rather than just go to the big chain optometrists, but places like this make it hard. I will take my custom elsewhere.

On first day of mask wearing went in to buy glasses demisting wipes. They were out of stock but very helpful woman took my glasses and demisted them with one her own wipes. I had never been in there before - great service to a total stranger - I wasn't charged anything. I will be back tomorrow to buy some wipes.
Such friendly and energetic service here. Even in a busy lunch rush, with new hygiene standards, these guys make it all seem so easy and effortless!! well done!
Been going here for over 10 years. Excellent service with a commitment to stocking independent and different frame manufacturers, not just the usual Luxottica suspects. More expensive than cut price outlets, but do you want your eyes to be looked after cheaply or properly?
