My initial encounter to purchase glasses went very smoothly and was met with professionalism. However, I was told my glasses would be back for pick up in two weeks. After about 15 days I called to get an update and let them know it had been over 2 weeks. I was told, “we’ll call you when they’re in”. I persisted to ask for a more accurate estimate and reason for delay. Then I was told “oh, they’re actually in but I don’t have any pick up appointments for you”. I told them this was unacceptable, and wanted to speak with a manager. After some arguing and unprofessional behavior on the part of the clerk, the manager finally got on and abruptly gave me a pick up time but didn’t apologize or acknowledge their oversights. Also, they are extremely overpriced.

Friendly staff, prompt service, reassuring social distancing and sanitizing practices, and the most up to date vision testing equipment. And Dr. Jamilah Birdsong is both a wonderful physician and a delightful person! I’ve had great experiences here for years.
If you’re the only customer in the office, be prepared to have your patience tested because the dr is very passive aggressive. She’ll have convos with staff to talk about patients, just to act like her alter ego is Wendy Williams the petty show host.
I came to my appointment an hour to early they were accommodating and very professional plus dr.birdsong is fine.
I stopped in without an appointment to see if someone would replace the missing hinge screw. Greg was so kind, he maintained social distance, wore a mask and FIXED MY GLASSES. What a great Decatur merchant!!
