Equipment good for the size of building but the whole place needs a good deep clean, particularly the showers.

I look forward to attending the varied classes and enjoy the workouts. From circuits, total body conditioning, box fit, power pump and more. The staff are professional, approachable, friendly, helpful and totally committed in helping you reach your goals. The gym is small, compact and has everything you need for a total body workout. I am making positive changes and feel great for it. Thank you !!
Ok place, but only one squat rack. It doesn't matter that it's quiet if the three people in there all want to use the squat rack. Literally can't do my workout without it, so will have to quit.
Love this gym, it's quiet, it's clean and staff are welcoming and helpful. Been coming here a few years...would definitely recommend it.
