Bluse von K. Hovmann vor Weihnachten als Geschenk gemeinsam mit Ehefrau gekauft. Weihnachten Festgestellt das die Bluse zu klein ist. Umtauschversuch Anfang Januar mit Hinweis auf 14 Tägiges Umtauschen erstmal nicht gemacht. (keine Gutschrift sondern gg. Gutschein oder andere Ware). Wollten sich nochmal zurückmelden, auf mehrfachen Kontaktversuch per Email nicht reagiert. Vorsicht Kunde droht mit Auftrag, Kundenservice ist wohl ein Fremdwort.
