From the moment we virtually connected with James, we knew that he was going to be our photographer for the wedding at Bodega Marques de Riscal. This was was before Covid time, but we were coming all the way from Korea to get married in Rioja, so it goes without saying the value of having someone as friendly, responsive, professional, and adaptable as James was for us. It was also beneficial that he could speak in both Spanish and English! He truly made us feel comfortable, even for those who are camera shy. As you will have seen from the other posts, James' passion is storytelling and photography. He has a creative side that we saw from his pictures taken in all sorts of ways, at all moments of our experience, at times even laying flat on his stomach on the ground to make sure that no angle was missed. In the moment, however, he really did blend in to the experience! In the end, James provided, at a fair price, what any pair of humans that gets married is looking for from their photographs: a story they can reflect upon over a nice glass of wine that will bring a smile to each of their faces.
