Incredibly rude staff. We tried to change old swedish coins we got last year and are no longer valid currency. they did not offer this service but they claimed not to know if it was possible at all to change old coins for new ones in sweden. Really how can a bank not know about this! Money is their primary funtion. But even worse was the irritated tone of voice they told us. This was really ridiculous.
