I had a fantastic stay here, the only problem was that I couldn't stay more than one night. With all the fantastic staff, the great and clean rooms and a balcony with an awesome staying for a week would have been super! Also a big plus for the free parking on the property.

Beautiful, rustic family run hotel (and apartment hotel), with very friendly and accommodating [family] hosts. My family and I booked a spacious 2 bedroom (with 2 washrooms and 2 toilets - separate from showers) fully furnished apartment. The apartment was recently renovated with a very nice rustic (progressive rustic) interior (I was advised that most (all) of the rooms have now been renovated. Very clean and maintained. The apartment featured private bedrooms. One of the [larger] bedrooms housed it’s own (en-suite) private washroom and [separated] toilet. The other bedroom’s washroom and [separate] toilet was in the common area, which also had a kitchen table, refrigerator, stove (stove only available if you rent a room without breakfast, which cost slightly more than with breakfast - otherwise the stove usage is locked out), sink, cutlery/dish ware and other expected amenities. One rather minute, but noteworthy point is that the bedroom headboards have a wonderfully backlit mural/photo of the landscape, which looks lovely when turned on at night. Both private rooms connected to the kitchen/common area and also the shared balcony. The view from the balcony is very nice, looking eastward toward the west facing mountain. The entire building and property is well maintained and in prestine condition. Parking is available behind the hotel, with underground parking also available in the same area (all free). The property also has a sauna and small bar. An elevator is also available. Within the same building is an ATM/bank with numerous shops and restaurants nearby, including chains such as Mpreis (groceries) 190m away. A ski lift is 1100m away. Overall a wonderful, clean property.

Gota double room type D. It was SO BAD. Everything is old and falling apart. The furniture is all scratched and even broken. The toilet room is so small. Woul't not recommend to anyone.
We stayed just one night on our journey between Italy and Czech rep., but it was a very pleasant stay. We got a large room with a kitchennet that we didn't use obviously, but would definitely be handy, had we stayed longer. It is a family runned hotel, they are super friendly, all of our needs were accomodated with no problem (baby for, veeery late arrival ) and the breakfast was really good. It looked like the region has a lot to offer, excursions, trekking, mountain activities, in the winter time there is a ski bus. We would like to come back to explore the territory and Aktivhotel seems like the perfect starting point for that.
