I love this gym! I started off by doing the 2 week trial and instantly fell in love. Every class kicks my butt, but I have gotten in such better shape because of it! I love all of the trainers too. They are so nice and motivating. I will definitely stay here for a while.

Great visit to this F45 location! I tell everyone I know about F45 and I've lost 15lbs doing the F45 8 week challenge. F45 is designed for maximum results with the variety that keeps things interesting. No workout is ever the same and its paced so that the time flies by.

I absolutely can't say enough about F45. I love the workouts. They're challenging, fast paced, and energetic, thanks to the awesome trainers, Lianna, Kara, Alizabeth, Pino and many others! They don't let you give up and encourage you to push yourself. I also love that there are two trainers at every class. Having two sets of eyes on the gym is always a great idea. Keep it up!
