Faben's location is Definitely one of the worst customer service I've had yet. They'll just send you off with a blink of an eye. I walked in a few times with a different concern and every time I was sent away without any help, not once did they even hold my phone in their hands to see if something could be done. I drove into Horizon with the same concerns and never once was I pushed away from the Horizon location, in fact they answered every concern I had and fixed the problem. I will NOT return to Metro PCS in Fabens TX ever again even if I live 1 minute away.... I'd rather drive somewhere else!!!

Nope... New mgmnt is self absorbed and I'm no longer satisfied with this company. As for the staff giving accurate information on plans or upgrades was worse. On top of not having the phone answered just goes to show, how much work ethics they have. Smh..

started off cool did a upgrade but they added features i was being charged for in which i did not request really unprofessional the manager/ store owner \pedro\ if thats his name he couldnt explain y i was being charged but customer service proved me right and helped me out changed my plan back how it was.. hey pedro / store owner ill train you bro i managed a multicarrier store for 2 years in phoenix ill show you everything i asked u to do..you know so u can better assist your customers hmu
