I tried to place an order from their website 2 weeks ago, but something went wrong and it took my money but didn't complete the order. I tried to contact them, but with no one answering the phone, it took a week to get any acknowledgement via email, and the email offered no help or apology. All further attempts to get answers have been ignored. So I have no fabric, no refund and no answers. I'm sure it's fine if your order goes well, but if you have any problems, good luck getting anything sorted out because their communication is abysmal.
