Amazing customer service. I placed an order for the first time with this company and made a mistake. I tried calling the shop but they were out for a holiday, so I called the other number and reached one of the owners. He was very quick to help me out and personally called me back even though he was celebrating and off of work. They have been so kind and helpful, updating me with all the shipping information. I was thrilled to find exactly what I had been looking for and so happy they are wonderful to order from. I'll definitely go through them in the future and highly recommend them!
So disgusted at the customer service received by this company. I tried to return several items, the policy states the return must be made within 10 days. I contacted them on the 10th day (because we are a large organization it took that long to make it through the shipping/receiving process) Upon initial contact they answered and took a message stating they would get back to me. He returned my call at 5:00pm after close of business and now refuses to return the items even for a restocking fee because "I did not contact them within 10 days" ( I DID BUT THEY WERE TO BUSY) I politely contacted them twice today hoping we could negotiate some resolution. I can not believe the level of poor, rude and terrible customer service I got. The first call the person was not rude just unwilling to do anything AT ALL the second call, he was just unbelievably rude, unprofessional and found every reason he could to blame me for the way it was ordered, for not just blindly shipping it back, for not calling again after being told they were to busy, etc, etc. This is a very poor way to conduct business and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I know my company that spends 10's of thousands of dollars on material will NEVER order another item from this vendor. I will also continue to review and warn other consumers every possible avenue the internet has to offer.
