The best violin maker you can find if you need long distance service ️ Lucas is customer obsessed and super attentive to details, before finalizing the order we made A LOT of email exchanges and several long video calls. Really satisfying service and amazing product too...my instrument was so carefully packed with a lot of care and love, the unpacking and try the new instrument was truly emotional, I am totally in love. Oh BTW payment is so flexible and this is something you don’t find easily in Italy.

Ordered instrument for my client and the experience has been really pleasant and unforgettable. Lucas is very professional and available to explain ABCs for inexperienced customer like me, and he do all he can to satisfy the needs of my client. The deliver of the instrument has been punctual and with a lot of care and tips, me and my client cannot be happier.
