Where to start. firstly impolite and rude! I never thought that I would need to explain myself and why and what the item I wanted altered etc was for.I went to the Walton shop and was seen to by a lovely young woman..Alex. This was about 3 months ago.It was for alterations to a Leather corset for myself to wear. A long story, but I am involved with a group of lovely women who hold very rude Ann Summer type parties etc ..raising funds for Cancer research, McMillan Cancer Support and Dogs for the Blind! How I look and dress is why I am still involved..I was asked to step in when they were short of someone to help out etc..I made an effort to look the part. When I had the first fitting to discuss what and how to alter the corset it went really well.I paid the full amount there and then! The Corset was to be part of an outfit I was asked to wear whenever I was involved.. I have had virtually no response from Fadi or an explanation. The one time I managed to see him in Banstead..he was rude and off hand..as if he did not have time to deal with customers , customers who provide him with an income! I had organised 2 fund raising events online..using zoom, and the 3rd was organised by another member of the group. Everyone has to get dressed up..no excuses ! I have had to cancel my 2 events and the 3rd one is also now cancelled. As a male...how I look and what I wear plays a massive part in how much we raise..It even involves betting whether I have the nerve to wear what other members would like to see me wear.! We hoped to raise upwards of 40,000 over those 3 events. I also wanted to be able to discuss very unusual corset based outfit for another fund raising event on New Years eve..An event which we had a few well known celebrities who have a love of corsets taking part. I have left everyone done inc the charities because I have been let down by Fadi of Fadi Tailoring.!.
