So great! Matthias provided over-the-top service on our recent excursion to Wernigerode and the Harz mountains. I ride with tubular tire on my race bike and had a puncture. Without the ability to fix that tubular, I took the bike to a couple bike shops in town to no avail. But then: enter Matthias. I went to Fahrrad Baron and he said he'd give me his personal rear wheel as a loaner. Unbelievable!! I was able to then see firsthand not just their great customer service, but also his technical skills as he quickly took off his cassette and put mine on. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road, joining my buddies for a ride in the mountains. The day would have been completely shot without Matthias and the great customer service mindset of Fahrrad Baron. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Well done!

Weniger als 5 Sterne kann ich hier einfach nicht vergeben. Ich gehe seit vielen Jahren zu Fahrrad Baron und ich bin jedes einzelne Mal mehr als zufrieden. Es wird schnell gearbeitet und die Leute wissen wirklich wovon sie reden. Und für mich sympatischer als einige andere Fahrradläden hier in Wernigerode.

Bester Service am Telefon. Bester unkomplizierter Service: auf Fahhradtour Möglichkeit vor Ort eben selber mit Werkzeug das Fahrrad in Schuss zu bringen. Freundlich und hilfsbereit bei völlig normalen Preisen.
