Great service! We came all the way from Frankfurt for a Bianchi, I had contact with the store beforehand and they were very kind and helpful. The same in once I was there : I could try any bike, they were very knowledgeable but made me take the decision (no (time) pressure at all from them). Very happy with the bike and the service!!

Should I buy a racer bike over the internet? In this case, the answer is yes. Because my place of residence is located in a more expensive country, I was forced to do this, because otherwise I would have had to pay around 600 more. And my experiences are quite positive until \todays date\. I found my bike through the webshop of Fahrrad Fähling on \bike exchange\. The real object of my desire was unfortunately no longer available in my frame size. After a detailed conversation with the owner, I got some detail pictures of an available alternative and a good weekend for thinking time. Ultimately, I decided on the basis of my good impression for a purchase at Fahrrad Fähling. The owner was always friendly and very helpful with any questions about the bike and shipment. The bike arrived undamaged at the appointed time and I still have a good contact to the owner. He inquired several times to my satisfaction and if everything was, as desired by me. If I have any questions, Im always welcome to contact him at any time. From me full score for friendliness, helpfulness, service and competence. Top Fahrradladen in Gotha. Sehr freundliche und äußerst kompetente Mitarbeiter. Konnten für jedes Problem eine Lösung finden. Preisleistung ist sehr gut. Kann dieses Geschäft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Noch ein Zusatz für unsere ungeduldigen: Wartezeiten auf einen Termin zur Inspektion sind bei fachlich kompetenten Geschäften völlig normal!!! Vor wenigen Tagen habe ich hier mein neues Rennrad gekauft und was soll ich sagen- Ich bin begeistert. Gemeinsam mit dem Team haben wir mein Traumrad erstellt. Dabei fühlte ich ein großes Verständnis und Know-How der Mitarbeiter, was mir ein Gefühl des großen Vertrauens gab. Nun nach den ersten Ausfahrten hat sich der Eindruck bestätigt und selbst den weiten Weg würde ich immer wieder in Kauf nehmen. 1a Beratung, erstklassige Produkte und das alles wird mit Freundlichkeit ergänzt.
